Where will my order be shipped from?
Our products are manufactured by carefully selected external producers from China, Latvia and the USA. Shipping takes place directly from the respective production facilities to ensure fast delivery and the highest quality. This means we can offer you a diverse selection of high-quality products that are manufactured and shipped worldwide.
Will I be charged customs fees for my order?
International orders may incur an additional customs and tax fee. This fee is beyond our control and is assessed by the local customs office. Customs regulations vary from country to country. Please check directly with your local customs office to find out whether duties and taxes are levied on your purchases.
My order should have been here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before you contact us, please help us by doing the following:
● Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
● Ask the local post office to see if you have the package.
● Check with your neighbors to see whether the courier dropped off the package with them.
If the delivery address was correct and the package was not delivered to the post office or your neighbor, contact us at info@nihis.de] with your order number. If you found an error in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own expense.
How are the products created after ordering?
We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about tracking or your shipment, write us an email to info@nihis.de.
I received an incorrect/damaged product, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly, please send us an email within a week to info@nihis.de with photos of the damaged product, the order number and any other details you have about your order. We will suggest a solution to you as soon as possible.
Returns What is your returns policy?
We work with a print-on-demand provider who only produces the items when they are ordered. To avoid overproduction, I ask you to think about the environment and not order unnecessary products. If there is something wrong with your order, you can return it within 14 days. Please let us know if there is anything wrong with the order or you are dissatisfied by contacting us at info@nihis.de.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds will only be offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If any of these points apply, contact our customer support at info@nihis.de with photos of the incorrect/damaged items and we will take care of it.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Since we work with a print-on-demand provider who only produces the items when they are ordered, we do not currently offer exchanges. To avoid unnecessary production of items, check our size charts to check which size fits. We have one for each item in our store in the product description. While it's rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this is the case, please let us know at info@nihis.de within one week of receiving your order. Include the order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We will send you a new one or refund you the purchase price!
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

inform you of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
